Job Description

Full-Time Shift Supervisor / Server – Fable Kitchen (Kitsilano)

Fable Kitchen is looking for a full-time Shift Supervisor / Server to join our team in Kitsilano.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident leading service, loves hospitality, works well under pressure, and can jump seamlessly between supporting the floor and taking care of guests. This role is a mix of daytime and evening shifts, so flexibility is key.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong serving experience 
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• A calm, positive presence during busy services
• Someone who leads by example and supports the team
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Wine and cocktail knowledge 
• Flexible availability for a combination of brunch, daytime, and evening shifts
• Foodie 

What the role includes:

• Leading and supporting daily service
• Running smooth shifts and helping maintain service standards
• Supporting, coaching, and motivating the front of house team
• Delivering warm, genuine hospitality to every guest
• Assisting with opening/closing procedures and day-to-day operations
